After I have sent a pm if I try to view it there are none in the sent pm folder any idea where they are going and how to view them

After I have sent a pm if I try to view it there are none in the sent pm folder any idea where they are going and how to view them

 

I think there's a box to tick to save a copy in the sent items - I'll send you pm to check.
