Window Corner Trim

Our narrowboat windows have some of the common internal corner trims fitted. They seem to be made out of routered oak veneered MDF. They are in need of replacement in places. Does anyone know where I can obtain these or similar please?

Surely routered oak would last a hell of a lot longer?
