Do a forum search on Webasto, Mikuni and Eberspacher and learn.

 

Then, if you have not already done it, look at the Hurricane from Calcutt. I THINK they fit them in the engine compartment of their hire boats.

 

There is also the more "conventional" boilers from the likes of Kurunda but I suspect you will not have the height or the ability to fit the flue required.
