Mooring Restrictions

The Marple Civic Society are attempting to persuade British Waterways to abandon or reconsider their plans for Marple Wharf (the current plan is to create a number of Dwellings and get rid of the water and elsan disposal point). I am trying to find published references to the No Mooring notices that were installed at Ansty on the Northern Oxford canal when some new houses were built at the end of the row near to the Ansty Social club. Also there were some references to a similar situation at Nantwich.
