Does anyone have any info on frames stands, cratches, and top planks to support cloths and correct timber to use or any plans of how to do it

I have a set of plans from the Waterways Archives, I can give you the numbers so you can get your own set;

or if you're anywhere near the southwest you can come and peruse.

from the 'B' Series drawing no B-42

start from here; http://www.virtualwaterways.co.uk/search_advanced.php

and try 'B sequence'

i did try a quick search but i haven't got time to wade throught the results.

and the timber is/was Oregan Pine

I've always used Larch, for my top planks, mast, stands, cross beams, a-frames and deck cratch.

Douglas fir is also used, though.

I make mast and stands 7' tall and the a-frames are 3"x2" and their length varies, according to whereabouts, along the boat, and how wobbly your hull sides are.

Top plank is 11" wide (when I make them) and I made the "knuckles", joining the planks, over the stands, 2' long.
