If true, it would seem to go against the recent forum trend of blaming everything that has gone wrong in this country in the last 100 years on the current government !

 

(Not a fan, I have to say, but please lets stop deluding ourselves that the previous lot were any better!).

The other day Blueprince was blaming socialism, for today's economic crisis.

 

If he can go back over 30 years, surely it's okay to just go back 12, and blame Major?

Despite some comments in this thread I believe that "boaters", especially on the cut, are amoungst the most honest people of our society.

God forbid that our honesty and moral standards should stoop as low as those of MP's and Bankers! :lol:

MP's, tell me about them. This one is moored in my marina..
