Stoke Boat Club and the Newcastle (Staffs) Canal

Can anyone remember the Newcastle Canal, Staffs and the Stoke on Trent Boat Club that use to be where this Plaque is situated, its nr Bridge 113 on the Trent and Mersey Canal, Stoke.
