Not sure if that's the right term - router with a Sim card? I have a phone and tether, so the ability to view the camera is going to be limited to proximity - I think. I cant however put it in the engine bay (dont ask me why i know this!).... they have a small USB powered controller which if signal is poor you could have half way up the boat? 1 minute ago, Higgs said: Can't see them working, if you're not on the boat, unless you have a Mifi. sbainbridge Posted March 6, 2023 Report Share Posted March 6, 2023 Have 3 blink cameras outside the boat and 4 inside. Inside the maximum range to the sync module is about 40 feet, outside the maximum reliable range to the sync module is 15ft to 20ft. The sync module is obviously inside the boat.
