Peugeot 106
On 29/04/2022 at 16:22, barrowpete said: thanks I'm going to try a few things least its nice to know I'm not the only one. The bit about taking it off for Froghall is one of my worries as we plan to do that soon. I fitted the one shown (paloma heater) as when I bought the boat the flue had 2 elbows in it to accommodate a windscreen on the roof. 2 elbows = definite safety fail! I fitted a vent over the old hole and drilled a new one. The stub pipe can be bought with an offset flange to take into account roof slope for boats and caravans. The top bit lifts off. I have a 25’ boat with one centreline and also do longish (2 months) trips. I have not YET caught it with the centreline though I am aware of it. with a short boat the difference is that the the centreline will probably be of a length to reach the propellor.
