Agreed. No different to any other side slip launch I've seen.

I once found some Moggy poo in our cratch area. I never heard it so I figured the quiet cat crept into the cratch, crapped, and crept out again..

Thanks for the photos @Heather. Which one shows the oil pipe that fell off?

That sounds likely but unlikely to be your problem at present.

Isn't there anything in the BSS about stove installation?
Yes, there's stuff like 'it mustn't move' and 'there should be no signs of heat damage' but no official 'rules' as such.
The Soflitec guide is as close as we have for 'suggestions'.

I have been told the soliftec guidelines are incorrect!
No doubt by someone who has zero experience of boats?

Er. Not these days!
No, it’s got stupid these days. The mantra appears to be “Storage is cheap, let’s use loads of it”.

But I thought this was a 2013 boat? Why are we talking about post-2017 regs?
Thread drift. In exactly the same manner as how you ended up talking to Cuthound about spray foam, which confused the above poster.

Why on earth would a purchaser do these things...
??? @blackrose wasn’t talking to a new purchaser, he was talking to @cuthound

Indeed - there is now no Annexe III, even an empty shell must be provided with full RCD documentation as if it was a completed boat.
The arguments in favour of that change are, in fairness, pretty solid.

It would have needed a HIN if sold after 2001, even if it was a shell.

I don't really understand that? Mine was a self fit-out 2005 but still came with RCD Annexe 3 declaration of conformity documents and HIN numbers welded onto the inside of the baseplate in the engine room and also inside the gas locker.
Yes it should have a HIN somewhere (or rather, two somewheres) but the hypothetical self-builder could have thrown the Annexe 3 in the bin because he never intended to spend the money on RCD paperwork. It’s more than 5 years ago so perfectly legal to sell. Of course since 2017 hull builders don’t supply an Annexe 3 for a sailaway anyway.

Don’t get excited. The copy function does nothing . E.mail does give a link address but I can’t see a way of posting that on this site. I think the iPad does not have all the functions of a pc or Mac and the apps can be programmed differently.
I had my doubts about copy working, hence my query. I use a couple of apps where copy doesn’t work as Mr Nomad claims it does.
However, if email gives the link address then you should be able to select that, copy it, then paste it into a post on here.
To copy on the ipad simply select the text and ‘copy’ should pop up as an option. Then click in the ‘reply’ box on here (you might have to click in it twice) and ‘paste’ should be an option. Give it a try
Basically the same way you’d copy/paste a web address. -

I answered the question about what the share button did. Simple.
And then felt the need to edit what I wrote because you assumed that I knew the same thing. Stop trying to look like a smart-arse, you fail every time.

The share function from any app or web page is a pretty well established way of er 'sharing' content.
I wouldn’t know. You appear to though. Don’t assume that just because you know something that everyone else does, it’s an extremely poor habit.

'if you look on the page you will see there is a share icon. If you click on this it will open another window with links to facebook, twitter etc etc.'
No, WotEver said no such thing because he’s never used the Telegraph app and therefore doesn’t know what the button does. So he asked the question.
It was YOU who stated that it would offer a link.

On the iPad it offers air drop, e mail. Copy, messenger. I can’t see any way of giving a link to this site. If you know how I would be pleased to find out
Copy might work but I have my doubts. Select copy, then paste that link into a post. Selecting email should put the same link into an email. Try it and let us know.
