Got the dish off a mate Picked up the box at the local skip, it even had scart lead pluged in it. Set it all up on the mooring and boat. Phoned sky ....they sent out card next day no problems.The only address we have is the boat and we have no phone line. Same as me.Good old T moblie Had 3 for a day but didnt work. Took it back to the shop and told them about not getting it connected. I was told i couldn't have my airtime money back top-up £25 but they would give me my £99 toggle money. When i asked why i wouldn't get my top-up money back they said that there was coverage in my area.So no refund on the airtime. When i asked about the coverage the day before thay said there was coverage in my area. YES there is coverage but you can't open the web pages.The guy in the shop (phones F*** U)said "errmmmm yeah we know about that" Why the bleep bleep bleep didn't say. "ermmmm you didn't ask" Have asked 3g for my money back but to no avail. Bunch of robbing naughty people Peace

We have diesel old dutch as well but we have found we have spent well over £500 this past winter on fuel and that was red diesel . We are cutting our losses and going back to a mulitfuel stove. Red diesel was 48p when we bought the stove early last year.In Ely its up to 90p GRRRRR peace man

We are quite lucky to have shore power and a built in Onan GenSet. I was going to remove it for space in the engine room when we bought the boat a year ago. When i was told it could power a small pop concert (ok not quite) in it stayed.(cheers Pat) We have had power cuts in the past and it has been invaluable.Washing machine on ,Tv on, emersion on,batts charging, and her in doors doing the hoovering
