Hello,
After my previous thread regarding the coil not heating up in my calorifier, it seems that my heat exchanger doesnt seem to be pumping water round and may need a new impeller in the water pump. Does anybody have the workshop & or service manual for this engine as isuzu didnt seem to want to help and engines plus wanted £60 for a manual!
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
It's a vertical cylinder. I will try get the air lock out while engine is running thanks. I may add a bleed valve in if it's the problem as the header tank is mounted on the engine and is lower than the cylinder coil
Hello,
I have just purchased a liverpool boats 55x10 with a isuzu 55 engine, the flow & return pipes that come from the engine to the secondary coil in the calorifer are not heating up, the water in the engine is obviously hot but its not getting pumped around the coil for some reason? Any suggestions?

Hello,
Can these types of tanks be used for holding pump out waste? (Obviously in the black version) Or does it need to be some kind of special plastic? As these seem much cheaper.

Hello,
i have a question regarding the thermoelectric generator inside stove fans.
I am am in the process of fitting a back boiler to my squirrel and will need to add a circulation pump to the system. Not a problem however I was wondering if I could power this circulation pump (0.5A 12V) using the leads coming from the back of my stove fan and has anybody else done it? I have seen thermo electric generators on eBay cabable of producing 12v 6A so I don't see why not but I have not seen it mentioned before?
the main benefits are obviously I am not drawing from the batteries and it will automatically power the circulation pump when the stove is on and turn it off when the stove cools down.
Any thoughts ??

Hello,
i have been been looking online at these webasto burners that have been removed from bmw's volvos etc.
What else is is needed with this unit to install one, I know there is no fuel pump but is there a connection on the unit where I can connect the fuel pump to?
As as I have a D5W currently installed everything else is there, flow and returns fuel line exhaust I use a remote relay to start the eberspcher so could I have a similar set up with one of these?
here is something similar that I have been looking at: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252965517140

these electric conversion kits kits look quite good and not too expensive. The only thing you need to add is the batteries.
I remember asking lynch how much their conversions kits were once and I think they came to about 6k without batteries although they were very helpful on the phone
