i didnt touch the bottom either but i only said the same thing last week about the 2-3 ft

well its been four months afloat and ive just managed to fall off the side of the boat, i was walking on the gunwales whilst sliding a gas bottle along the roof to the front and slipped in the drink, i was lucky the bottle didnt follow me in , ive listed a few things surprised me 1, festival marina is deeper than i thought 2, the water is warmer than i expected this time of year 3, the water is clearer looking out of it than into it 4, no one heard the splash 5 people laugh when they see someone wet 6, i was more worried about getting out of the cut before someone saw me than the actual getting out its self. 7, i wasnt expecting to have a bath before my shower tonight its been a funny old evening, a sore elbow and wrist but no major damage

im having trouble with the little freezer box filling up with so much i cant fit any food in, well the outside thick layer of ice on too theres only one thermostat for the whole fridge and that is set on the recommended 2.5 , any ideas? thanks

yes it is afire brick no ive done a bit of a web search, its from the side wall, the stove is a stovax stockton 3

Well it looks like a inch thick layer but it looks like one piece ?

A 2 inch square peace of the cement has just fallen off the inside of the stove any idea where I can get a replacement tub from?

the central heating shocks them too, most people assume im freezing in a tent on the water

ive have been living aboard now for 4 months and find it really amusing whenever i meet someone new while im out i can guarantee that whoever im with at the time feels the need to mention within the first minute that i live on a boat, i don't think when i finish work im going to the boat (im just going home) next time i go pub out im thinking of telling everyone my mate lives in rented accommodation in a crap area just to see his reaction

when you say door channels what do you mean? my glass just has one band of rope around the door that the glass surface presses up against ..

i have a stovax stockton 3 , two months ago a horizontal crack appeared about 2 inches up from the bottom of the glass i replaced the glass and today its gone again in exactly the same place, any ideas why this has happened?

harecastle let through 8 boats at a time, they say its 45 minutes for a narrowboat, they give you 1hr 15 before they setup the emergency procedure . 2 weeks ago a went trough twice, the first trip was 32 minutes and the second was 45, it all depends on who your behind or how fast you go.
