  1. hi minerva , pleased to meet you :)

  2. hoping to try some from here when i get time ............. http://www.wlan.org.uk/antenna-page.html
  3. hi richard , try Flexacryl , can be applied in wet or dry conditions ( i've used it to seal roofs in pouring rain) read pdf in link for more info , will stick to a wet blanket http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.js...4&id=10990#
  4. full stave hardwood boards would add a LOT of weight to your boat if 40 mm thick,. and i would think you would need to make sure they are well sealed on back/front and all edges moisture would cause them to warp. price must be very competitive as they retail about £100 a metre, got any oak ones btw
  5. best way i found to remove silicone sealer is to use white spirit before the silicone has fully cured , i "grouted" my floor tiles in kitchen area with it , washed down very easy. plus if i need to take a tile back up it's just a matter of cutting along the joint with a sharp knife.... btw , tiles are bedded on silicone too
  6. i am currently fitting out my boat with oak ply and solid trim etc... i use Le Tonkinois Oil Varnish , best stuff i've ever used , finish is second to none. http://www.letonkinoisvarnish.co.uk/VarMain.html
  7. i have the grinder attachment you drew in your sketch , i bought it about 14 years ago £65 , could not find one on google but found this.... http://www.brandontoolhire.co.uk/directory...p?idproduct=450 very similar. hope it helps
