  4. I know it was me who asked but after all that I need reminding -what was the question?
  5. Contacted CRT. Vague response I`d liken to one made by politicians. Nothing definitive so hopefully my common sense will favourably compare to their view.
  6. Good idea. Thank you
  7. To expand I`ve some may stupidly, have already given notice to my current mooring location and therefore need to move to the new mooring within the next 2 weeks to my new one. I class it as necessary but concerned as whether irresposible although my move decision was made before the current spikes in virus problems. I could potentially remain where I am but then would be paying for moorings twice.
  8. In anticipation of more virus restricted movements what locks on the GU occurred in the last total lockdown please.
  9. One problem I see is that they stated somewhere that they are not compatiable with the modern tappered spindle-have they now changed the design and is that nolonger the case?
  10. Where's the best place to buy a "ratchet" style lock handle please.

  15. Mine was done on a hull March 2019 ( Boat first in the water August 2018-after sailaway fitout). About 5 months later noticed a blister about 50mm in size on the waterline below the shower outlet. Spoke to their office and they told me to return with the boat to sort out but not to worry as the coating underneath the blister would still be OK. Due to lockdown have yet to be able to get the boat back to them as it`s a 10 day oneway journey. Was expensive but their response to my issue was good. Will see what the hull is actually like when I can get the boat back to them.
  16. Which is why I took the option of a sailaway. I gave them the money and the haulier took away the hull/engine etc. to my fitting out location. Then where not able to do work myself used local contractors. 10 months later boat in the water ready to take to paint shop. Whilst an option with a great opportunity to both participate and modify a design as things progress some will argue that possible problems with certification can occur. Those I sorted.
  17. I really have to push the reset button hard at times after not visiting for sometime.
  18. An "o" ring may still solve the problem. No real pressure in the rad.
  19. N Agreed old ones do but all mine and those I`ve installed new I seem to recall are steel a have a "o" ring. Perhaps the OP will confirm.
  20. Thought they had an "O" ring on them. If so just change it and do`t over tighten.
