I have been watching this topic and I have to point at a couple of think. Archimedes was moored in front of Me in Rickmansworth early Thursday 22 March. so how the hell it was coming out from London the weekend after leaving Gates open I don't know. I was helping cleaning Archimedes over Thursday and Friday. so who ever saw them and was following them that weekend is talking S**t I have dated Photo. and for the record I worked a lot of locks for then and closed then. One more think On the Friday before the so call weekend some one was following then the Skipper and I was on the 16:05 train to London to a BW user Group Meeting

Archimedes is now in Ricky heading for London tomorrow morning early. give him a ring if you need coal/ diesel

What happens if a visiting CC boater stops at Rye House for 2 day, Standstead Abbotts for 2 days, Ware for 2 days, they will only have 1 day in Hertford the County Town , and cant stop again till they get into the next zone I'm sure the local shop keepers will love this idea, have they been told about the new 7 days zones

I can see this is just the start, if They BW, get the rules changed on the Lee & Stort it will be easy to make it apply all over the system/
