Clifton boats have always looked OK to me when I have seen them. The large windows on the Napton boats are great. Its a really nice design feature. I've seen the ocasional Viking Afloat boat, they also look OK. I'm going to add these to the links directory. Jon
  17. Hey guys, I have a contract phone from '3', and although I can get 3g signal in most towns and cities, it drops back to standard GPRS / Roaming network once out in the sticks. Re: images and bandwidth, this is something that is becoming more of a problem. For those users who want to view a low res version of these forums you can go to the Lo-Fi Version, which removes images etc. Jon
  18. Have you had a look at Martin's guide to buying a boat? Click here to go.
  19. I often take pictures from the bankside, however these are just at boats, normally only of those with some historic or unique interest. My view is that aslong as the boaters privacy is not being invaded then I will take the picture. On very rare occassions I'll ask permission if I think the picture will include the owner or invade their privacy. No-one has said no yet! Most of my recent photos have been at public boat shows, or major attractions, so it does not really matter anyway, Jon
  20. Not live yet. I'm still guaging interest. Watch this space! Jon
