Email Delivery Issue

Hi,

We appear to be having issues sending emails to email addresses ending with the following domains:

@hotmail.com

@hotmail.co.uk

@outlook.com

@outlook.co.uk

@live.com

@live.co.uk

@talktalk.net

@ntlworld.net

@blueyonder.co.uk

@tiscali.com

I have spent some time reviewing the mail server logs and it would appear that the IP address associated with our mail server is on their blacklist and as such we're encountering issues delivering emails to both the Microsoft & TalkTalk networks along with their subsidiaries. I have jumped through the hoops to address this by submitting a de-listing request with both parties but unfortunately I do not have an ETA as to how long it will take for them to review / action.

If anyone is affected by this, (i.e. not receiving emails from us when opted-in to receive them) a temporary workaround is to use an alternative email address for the purpose of receiving email from us. You may update your registered email address here. However, we hope Microsoft & TalkTalk will address the issue asap but in my experience they can be slow. :)

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. We will provide a further update as soon as we can.

Thanks

RichM
