Well it was slightly interesting...I would have liked to seen more of the construction of the narrow boat that went to Sawley Marina....

 

The houseboat abroad was huge and it looked like the narrowboat bound for Sawley was a large widebeam.

 

I didn't feel the programme was interesting enough...you could have easily made a 1hr + programme on just the Nottingham boat.....oh well

Red Dwarf XI was OK, first episode for a while. Hopefully, it will develop a bit

It a was a monster of a widebeam destined to cruise "the canals on the River Trent" according to the voiceover. He kept calling it a houseboat too and talked about how unlike in the UK people have been living on the water in Holland for centuries. And apparently looking out the porthole to rows and rows of boats next to you in Sawley Marina and a railway track constitutes "stunning views". Each to their own, I suppose.

 

I did like nosing round the insides of the boat/floating home though.

I thought it was disappointing also seemed really short. I've watched since the very first series. Still prefer the very early series when they had no money to spend on sets the comedy stood out
