oyster caro vision 2 satellite problems

Weve got one on our boat, it was already on there when we bought it, it didn't work, over the weekend we thought we would see if we cold get it to work and the control panel just says int y motor, it don't raise or move.

We can get tv through the aerial but jt thought being its there lets see if we can get it to work.

There is a company down Birmingham way called Conrad Anderson who install and can repair them. Their number is 0800 2790085.

I am sure they will be able to advise you what the problem is if you give them a call.

I found the manufacturers address in Germany so have dropped them a email mlooking at other forums they are very helpful.

Let's wait and see.
