Drained Regents Canal

Cycled down the closed, drained Regents Canal last Sunday, thought you might like to see what it looks like.

 

 

Just on the left is the entrance to the Hertford Canal which is still in water.

 

 

A table tennis table from the university accommodation opposite (the other 2 are still there) is in the middle of the cut.

 

 

Looking at Mile End lock with Canary Wharf in the distance.
