National DM2 leaks oil from the cooling water pump drive .Before I start dismantling, what has likely failed- bearing , seal, shaft?Oil comes from the housing behind the eccentric . Also, there is a lot of play in the eccentric strap (steam engine term!) though the pump works fine. Can I swap this part for the one on the rarely used bilge pump drive?
