posting images

I have been trying to post images, but keep getting messages not allowing images on this forum.

Probably i am doing something wrong, please can anyone enlighten me. cheers

This is originally how i got to post previous images with success, but for some unknown reason i keep getting not allowed to post even though i am following the same procedure as before. Thanks for your prompt response.

This is using http://imgur.com/ which is very simple. Start at 'upload images', and when you have the code for message boards copy and paste it into your post.

Try the tip in post #7 of the linked thread, ie copy "direct link" from your image hosting website page then pressing the little image icon (looks like a square with a green square within) and pasting the direct link into here.

Thanks to you both, i have now managed to post with the images.
