canals are us? Posted March 26, 2015 Report Share Posted March 26, 2015 My stove is right beside the bow doors on the left as you go in. The first winter I didn't have any central heating from the stove and the bedroom was a bit cool at the back of my 50ft trad narrowboat. Since I have fitted a radiator in the bedroom and bathroom on gravity circulation it's nice and warm. I liveaboard and so far gone through 3 winters with the stove being my only form of heating.
