George Kennedy
Every time we pass over the river Avon at Warwick on the G.U. I think that it would be such a good idea if we had a "Falkirk wheel" to drop us down on to the lower level, making the trip to Stratford and beyond rather easier than it is today. I think £150m to £200m should cover the build and the canalisation of the river and whilst that seems like a lot of money, it would be a fabulous tourist attraction in an area where tourists are already in abundance. All that is needed is some funding so how do we get it?
