I think I'd be waiting to see what happens when it's full of water, and how long it lasts this time before putting the flags out. Don't forget this was a second attempt after the failure of a two year old repair job.

 

Thanks for that info. I didn't realise this the was in same place as the previous major collapse, I thought that was on the other side of the tunnel.

It is, so I've been told though I doubt that it'll be officially stated, the seal at one end of the breach repair which has failed, and which is reported to have leaked from day one of the breach repair being refilled.
