Martyn best to change your address on the licence to the same one as you use for credit cards and bank. I use Enterprise for car hire they seem to have the best deals and some branches ask you to bring 2 recent documents with address on such as credit card statement

I should add that I have hired from Enterprise without said documents when I have not received post for some time and have simply paid a higher deposit that is returned very quickly when you return the car

Our driving licences still have our past address on it. We use one of our sons address for mail, he is likely to relocate in the next year or so, so, best leave the address as is or not?

I understood there is a fine of up to £1000 for out of date information on a driving license. Can anybody confirm?
