Without wishing to assume one way or another what the actual situation is;

 

In my experience of committees, once strife sets in there is no telling whether the good guys or the bad guys end up staying, and it is inevitably those who remain that get to tell the membership who was at fault.

That's true but you'd think the good guys would set up a better alternative if it was them who left...(well that's if they still want to fight for their cause)
