Anyone know of any problems fitting a Crowther 18/12 propellor to a 1.25 inch Vetus shaft?

I have heard of somebody doing same so it must be possible. I suspect that the best bet would be to approach Crowthers, since they are extremely knowledgeable, and I am sure they will know which taper Vetus use, etc. Can you give them an existing prop to work from?

Vetus metric shafts use a 1:10 taper, I don't know about their Imperial shafts.

1:12 is the common taper in the UK.

I would generally agree that 1:12 would be normal on an imperial shaft. I would question and happily be corrected, but I always thought Vetus only used metric.

My 40mm shaft is definitely 1:10
