Moving my diesel stove

Hi there - I'm going to be moving my stove and use one of my air vents for chimney ... It's very close the the wall tho - is there a legal requirement for this ?? X

in short, yes. (although I am not qualified or knowlegeable enough to explain)

 

when i had my stove fit, the simple way the man in the yard explained it was "to be within regulations, basically not near enough to anything for the stove or its pipe to burn / scorch etc., any other bit of the boat."

 

although there is undoubtibly more to it.. as i wasn't doing the work it was sufficient for me to know only that.
