That was quick, thank you. Just seen my old boat in the gallery bit,its got more paint on it than this one.Will still be going though.

Cant see that the rivers will be open,so will have to find something else to do.

I have just emailed the organisers to see if it is still on and whether they have any cancellation plans. Will keep you'll posted.

The Festival will still carry on regardless. 

 

We have a few local boats moored, as to whether other Boats will be able to get through I have no idea. But as far as I know most stall holders will be there as they come by Road and the weather for the weekend looks respectable!

 

I have no idea regarding water levels obviously a lot depends on if there is any more rain.

 

BW Waterscape is the website to visit regarding water levels and where if it is safe to cruise.

Well it is a fine day here today, lots of stall holders.

 

The organisers had taped off about 200 yards of towpath for exhibitors boats but yesterday had removed over half of it.

 

River Soar still not open so no more boats expected.

 

Canoes being set up here in the Basin and we are about to put some bunting on Monty to enter the best decorated boat comp!

 

Well it was a fine day but it has just started to drizzle.
