Battery Charger failure

I have a vitron combi inverter/charger... the 240v side seems to be working ok,but the battery charger side seems to have failed, any suggestions...

I have read the manaul, had a look inside but can't see any obvious problems or fuses to replace

Some combis have settings for "inverter only", "inverter & charger" or "charger only".

 

Are you on shore power at the moment?

 

I'm surprised that others who know more about these things haven't replied yet. When they do I'm sure they'll want to know exactly which model of Victron you have?

Are there any fuses on the output cables (positive and negative) from the charger to the batteries? Check these and also the connections to the battery terminals.
