Right Mr Bizzard I have followed your instructions all apart from the gloves so my left hand is now in shreds and result is, the starter ring turns one revolution for one revolution of the prop shaft does that make it 2-1 please say yes cheers, Ian.

Yes 2.1.

That Ducatti gear box or whatever it is must have a 2.1 reduction gear inside it,that's why its longer in length than usual. bizzard.

 

PS.I should imagine it originally had an LM100 1.1 direct drive box,that went wrong,they fitted the Ducatti which was 2.1 and left the same prop on,which is far too small in dimensions for 2.1 and of course was pitched for the opposite direction of running.

That all makes sense to me, can't wait to get the proper prop and see what she can do thanks to all for help with this one I have many more to come.
