I've received my info pack for the 2009 Redhill experience just wondered when the price inclusive tickets arrive? Tried to speak to IWA head office and they havn't a clue.

Separate dept. I would have thought you would have got the tickets in your pack but you may have to pick them up from the waterspace office when you arrive.
