One thing that would improve the waterways

I think, If I get my commission in NOAA, when I retire I'm going to seek out the head job at BW and try to turn things around. If I have the combination of experience I can expect to get and be sneaky enough that it forces the board to publicly support or defy the community, I could get on with it a lot better than the current crop.

The waterways are great its the Bl**dy people who expect to use the system that get in the way
