Would it be possible for somebody who is involved in BSS testing [Rob?] to provide a list of the most common things that are likely to produce a 'FAIL', and the things that should be done to correct them?

 

I have looked through the forum, but can't find anything along these lines ..... if I've missed it, can anybody provide a link?

 

I have a copy of the BSS guide, but it would be interesting to hear 'from the horses mouth', as it were!
