About average in width but how worn away is it on the bottom face? The bit in the middle of the hull is the last to go, its the "corners" where the swims start that wear first.

They are probably down to around 8mm. I think the aft corners have had strips welded in the past as a precaution but the bow corners are probably down to approx 8mm at the lowest points. Is the sacrificial chine wearing just a minor issue if the rest of the hull is a good thickness without any pitting or corrosion?

Its had a "Shoe" welded on, standard repair.  The thickness of the bottom plate in the pits and right under the edge weld is more important than the wear edge overhang as that edge  is easier to remedy as has been done already. Better done sooner than later else the edge gets thinned to much under the weld.
