Can be infuriating sometimes when things like that happen. 

 

I got my kitcar at 21, by the time I was 25 you couldn't get insurance until you where 30yo and had previous experience of that sort of car. Fortunately they allowed existing customers to stay on, but what a mess and a shame. Same game, basically all underwriten by the same lot, one person changes one rule and the lots scuppered.
