Pulley upgrades for a lister

Ayupnar. Can anyone point me in the right direction for larger pulleys for a lister ts2 as mine is hardly spining the alternator please. I’m in Stoke On Trent. Many thanks Paul

What is the pulley ratio at the moment? Diameter of the engine pulley over diameter of the alternator pulley? What rpm do you run the engine at when charging? Why do you think the alternator isn't being spun fast enough? Is it not charging? Has it always been like that, or is this a recent thing? Lots of questions to try and find out a bit more.
