When I filled up last time I declared 100% as heating because it is winter and I am a continous moorer at present. I would think in this years BBQ summer I will not need heating at all this year, HA,HA. If those circumstances occur then I will be a continous cruiser and reverse the declaration for that usage. I heard that Councils have to treat Continous Cruisers under the same legislation as gypsies. I believe River Canal rescue also offer a mail forwarding service but it costs. You can also use MBE which are shops servicing mail boxes.
