We have an AGA in the house and wouldnt be with out one, but too big for a boat. A rayburn however will do much more for you as a much smaller unit. The too hot issue isnt an issue at all really as the tunnel effect on the boat means regulation of heat by through drafts when leaving doors ajar[which they are during the day mostly] is a benefit. The single oven unit on the market is well over priced and you could have a Rayburn for the cost which will do more and is thermally more efficient. Sadly if decisions are made on brochure claims rather than hardwon experience , condemnation and dissapointment will raise its head
