It would be nice to see it being used again, though it will be a lot of work as a number of bridges will need to be totally replaced as they are unsuitable for boats navigating the canal.
As much as I agree with that, it won't be implemented as the prisons are already full and government and such are look at other options to locking people up in many cases

I have been told by my house mate who spends a lot of time out in panama working that keeping your vitamin B levels up helps a lot. (She is a wetlands scientist so is normally surrounded by lots of the little nasties)
Its more of a music and culture event on the bank of the River Trent so there are normally various boats about but its not a 'boat' event as such.
Generally used as an excuse for a stop off a natter and a few pints

If you do use a computer program for your diagram make sure you also keep a printed copy about as well as its no good on the computer if you have not power for it to run on and you are trying to find out why that b****y trip keeps going
