It would be nice to see it being used again, though it will be a lot of work as a number of bridges will need to be totally replaced as they are unsuitable for boats navigating the canal.

Its more of a music and culture event on the bank of the River Trent so there are normally various boats about but its not a 'boat' event as such. Generally used as an excuse for a stop off a natter and a few pints

If you do use a computer program for your diagram make sure you also keep a printed copy about as well as its no good on the computer if you have not power for it to run on and you are trying to find out why that b****y trip keeps going
