    We visited ellesmere boat museum recently and staff were being made redundant ... hardly any staff left by the looks / maintenance of things , we didnt see that many visitors either as last time( we stayed on the boat there both visits ) shame but i think itl close in the near future

    The rally at lymm was one of the best ( if not the best ! ) ive been to in ten years of boating , they all worked so hard ... any lymm members who read this a big thankyou to you all from SCC

    Liams crew? he was my cabin boy .... ( hel kill me for saying that on here ) ive lost him now though to his ownboat ... im gonna have to learn how to drive the boat now instead of being snug and warm inside ....

    Always a great rally at lymm and liam MAY take his boat ... make sure you take supplies of food as somerfield has been taken over by spar and prices are a lot more expensive

    New toilet block with showers- well overdue ...lol Its the clubs 50th year this year

    Whats wrong with mooring in sale ? thats where our mooring is ! Youl be ok mooring up in sale as loads of others have done without encountering any trouble , theres a good tesco 5 mins walk to replenish stocks and other shops also
