I have only just started using it so have not had chance to explore yet. I'd say the main advantage is that if you use several forums you can use one user interface (the tapatalk app) to access all of the forums that you frequent. I wonder if an "Admin" could look into this for us?

I have just downloaded "Tapatalk" on my iPad, I have been adding all the forums that I use but cant find "canalworld" on the Tapatalk network. Is it possible to use this forum with Tapatalk or am i just missing something?

I was surprised at how many are registered as from the Bahamas. Is this some kind of tax dodge?

Seeing the other Squirrel thread made me think about this again. When we installed our Squirrel last year I read this part of the installation manual and could not make much sense of it.So did not install the smoke hood. Instructions(page5) "In some cases Morsø stoves come ready-equipped from the factory with a smoke hood (1), as shown in the diagram. (NOTE: Not all stoves require a smoke hood). Where applicable, the smoke hood must not be used if the stove is to be installed with a rear flue outlet (3)." This stove is installed in the house and has the back boiler fitted, it never gets has hot has I would like and always presumed this was just down to it being slightly undersized. Does anyone know the purpose of the smoke hood? Would fitting it retain more heat in the stove?

Google Maps Link I think anywhere to the west of the marina is non navigable. They probably missed the turn to the Trent and Mersey at Derwent Mouth.

It took me about 2 mins on google to find the address of both of Kate Bush's houses...

When first reported the paper said it happened on the "canal" outside Shardlow marina. Strange as the marina is not on the canal.

Drove past on the way home tonight, didn't stop so only got a quick look. I tried to take a photo on my phone which was slightly dangerous and unsuccessful. The road dips down at the point where the problem is, all I could see was a large lump of bank missing and a large pipe in the hole. I think it will be fixed soon due to close proximity to the road, and the massive tailbacks caused this morning.

Does anyone know who owns the dogs in this image. One of them is a double of our dog.
