I'll remember that next time when I see boats stuck at the weekend when the CRT office is shut. Sometimes forums like this are the best way to get up to date information. It's just a pity when some people choose to post noise instead of facts.

What's the Problem with fenders down while cruising?

You've probably not been wedged in a lock with another boat deploying fenders then. I really can't understand why anyone would be willing to put other peoples boats (and their own) at risk like this. -
Apparently I've been knobbled by someone called Lady Cassandra, so I've just come back as Tiller2 to say thank you everyone for the information on the mud weights.
