    The cynic in me feels the same. Definite trolling attempt, and pretty pathetic in the face of photographic evidence. I suspect there is more to this tan meets the eye

    Ignoring the property hype, with the way the world economy is heading, I think you'd be lucky to retain the current value of the property, let alone see an increase in the next 10 years.. Just my opinion.

    That it exactly the car park we are thinking of. £360 for a yearly residential parking ticket whilst moored in the Marina.

    Nene is the current plan, but we have no problem being on the GU.

    We are looking for a mooring in the vicinity of Northampton. We are due to visit a few marinas next month, and will be looking at facilities provided etc. If we choose Northampton Marina which has no parking, is anyone familiar with Midsummer Meadow, how safe vehicles are there long term?

    If it was the 3rd house they have owned,whilst currently owning no other, then I apologise.. People who have 2nd/3rd homes at the same time they have a live in home, have no sympathy from me.

    Sorry, there seems to be a lot of assumption by the 'invest in bricks and mortar' crew that house prices will always rise ( look back to the late 90's for that arrogance ) I personally would subscribe to the live while you can, people. I've known people who were planning for retirement who saved all they could, who died early and never had a chance to enjoy their retirement.
