Hello Paul so nice to hear from you ! good to hear you haven't changed your ways still lies lies lies the £300 you owed me for over charging electricity you really have a selective memory perhaps I should of stayed just so as I could of taken you to court and had the matter sorted out ! once and for all and to save you having to lie all the time ......I am an expert at reading electric meters I have about 60 photo's still on my computer taken of my electric meter to show the judge perhaps you would like to see some to refresh your memory as to what they look like ? Most people object to being ripped off but most moorers cant do anything about it as they get thrown out I only left as I couldn't stand the bloody sight of you ......and I had to leave as I was surrendering the lease .....Homophobic ???? perhaps you have a problem with your gender but I never have and don't have a clue where that's come from as I have NEVER said anything about it why would I ? For the record I am having a great time thank you ! lots of marina's don't have a second rate tea room and a moron manager who thinks he is a successful business man ..............now that's really funny ............go and feed the gold fish and take a pill to calm yourself down By the way boat hermit is what you called me on my wonderful good bye email..........I thought it was so nice I have kept it

I have not posted anything on here since I surrendered my lease and received an e-mail from my dear friend Mr Paul Lillie otherwise known as the Smirk to say goodbye and to wish me luck ........that is as true as his comment on this forum which is incorrect as I have seen the paperwork which maybe he should read before he opens his mouth . All this from the man who accused me of stealing electricity but when I asked him to take me to court as I had saved all the electric cards I had purchased he declined ..........you make your own mind up as to the integrity of the man ? I am so pleased to be away ! the marina his father built is really nice and so is his father but I couldn't stay in a marina run by Mr Paul Lillie even if the mooring was free ..............

Hi I am robin stewart and have only posted once on here to give information at the start of this thread .........I dislike Mr herberts comments if they are indeed his and would like to put him straight ?? ? If I am a grumpy old man it is because I dont like being fleesed by a dishonest marina manager , We took the marina to court for over charging on our electric meters , he didnt even bother to turn up at the small claims court and we were awarded our claim plus expenses but even then he refused to adjust the meters but instead offered to give leaseholders £50 of electric cards for £40 provided we didnt tell any other berth holders ! I have higher standards than that cretin and refused ! and we took him to court again and when he offered to pay us back our leases and pay our claim out of court I bit his hand off as I couldnt wait to get away even though the marina itself is very nice ............I have never even spoken to Mr Herbert and why would I ? he isnt anybody but the managers partner ! he is a nonentity so why he thinks he knows anything about me I have no idea .I am now in a marina not a bistro with a marina for the amusement of it bistro customers and the manager is honest and I am not grumpy anymore ............so Mr Herbert if thats who you are leave me out of your PLM propagander !! I am not interested and will take action against you if I have to as I am fed up with the pair of you ............whoops I am getting grumpy again

I had a long mooring lease up to last year when after taking the marina to court over the over charging of electricity they settled out of court and refunded me the money I paid for my lease ! You may of seen his vindictive rant against us ? Anyway I have just recieved a letter from CART as I have not updated my mooring details and they assume I am still there . It seems CART took the marina to the high court on the 6th December and won ! however the marina still refuses to pay so CART has revoked the access agreement and the marina has untill April to block the entrance themselves or CART will do it after the 15th of April . I have to say a couple of years ago we were told he was going to collect the access charges from our mooring fees so he has no excuse as to why he hasnt paid his dues perhaps he thinks he can concentrate on his Bistro without any nasty boaters in the way many of which have been booted out of the marina in the past anyway . Even his father a formed director has a ban on entering the marina for 5 years and so have I not that I would ever think of going back .
