  4. A quick evening trot to Pasture House Farm and back via Summit. Amazing old gateposts on the lane below Pasture House, cups on one side, "L" shaped slots on the other, to take round poles. Cuddly cows and a black Swan too.

  10. Brought Marshwiggle up from Todmorden to Walsden today, with Cath Rushton and Timothy le Monnier, 10 more locks tomorrow to Warland Gate mooring. Great fun.
