Hi Maffi!

Been looking at Hydro Steer drawings.

What does the Green cable from the hydraulic pump do? What pump is it?

I take it the forward and reverse circuit would be the same but attached to the power/gear lever? This could be a smaller powered setup... have you got any ideas what to use?

Do you have a parts list?

Been looking at the other drawings..... what is the Bendix motor and solenoid used for?

Good interesting stuff... many thanks!

The two black lines are hydraulic feeds/returns to each end of the ram the green line is a return line should the ram run to the end and operate the poppet valve.

The forward and reverse could well be on the throttle there was a thread on this last year. It could be on the control panel.

The 'Bendix' is a type of starter motor, the pinion is thrown forward to engage only after the motor starts to turn.

The solenoid is a blow up of the solenoid on the other drawing, on the other type the solenoid engages the pinion before the motor starts to turn hence the name 'Pre-Engage'.

Parts List

1 3 position switch

1 Hydraulic Pump

1 Hyd Ram

2 Relays

Hyd Pipe as required

Best I can do, sorry.
