Just spoke to a boat painter friend of mine and he is going to re paint over the Satin (will use as the under coat after a sanding) in Top Lac for me and show me how it's done. Dulux Trade Wethershield Exterior High Gloss from Dulux Decorator Centres and some other trade outlets is solvent based.
